La finale du 100 m d'Usain Bolt a officiellement redynamisé notre entraînement

When we went to sleep on 5 August, visions of lightning bolt trainers lapped through our heads. We couldn't wait to get our hands on them. And we did. Faster than you can say "shush."

The following day, we switched up our workout routine. We always knew that two key ingredients to speed are lightweight running trainers and strong thighs. So that morning, we did extra squats while waiting at the Tube. (Despite the stares.) On lunch, we trekked over to the PUMA Store on Carnaby Street and bought the brand spanking new Bolt evoSPEED Runner. And every ten seconds or so, we dropped to the ground and did 5 push-ups. (Which is really tricky on cobblestones but we just KNOW it will be worth it someday.)

The Bolt evoSPEED Runner is our new best mate. It’s a lightweight neutral trainer inspired by the World’s Fastest Man Legend and takes design cues from his spikes. Lightweight mesh and cushioning are breathable and durable. The sock liner features GPS coordinates for all locations where Bolt broke a world record. And the flexible shape and forefoot flex grooves create a transition that responds to our stride and our insanely competitive nature.

Now, if you'll excuse us, we're overdue for a few push-ups. You might want to do a few yourself. Juste pour dire.
